holyground13 Posted April 27, 2023 Posted April 27, 2023 As people said, diet is a huge part of it. Eating the right things - lots of protein and nutritious foods. 3 hours ago, shookspeare said: I cut out alcohol entirely and suddenly I had abs within a few months Cutting out alcohol is very beneficial here, I noticed quite a difference after doing this too. In summary, mostly eating nutritious foods is the way to go. It takes time and it's difficult to commit to a good diet when you work a lot or have long shifts. It's hard and expensive to find good, nutritious food that is actually filling, and much easier to find the bad stuff. Also, society puts way too much pressure on people to look great, particularly in the gay community I find. It's hard enough out here in this world without feeling pressure from the world around you. We can all only do our best
