Heartbroken, he was a trailblazer in every sense of the word. One of the first true celebrity activists fighting for civil rights. I can't believe we've lost both him & Sidney Poitier in a year. :weeps: Rest in power.

Harry Belafonte and Sidney Poitier were the first Black crossover stars and now they’re both gone. 

 

My Grandparents will be devastated today.
