Love love love the books for this series but the movie was a hot mess (not that I was expecting a cinematic masterpiece tho). Not really looking forward to this one but I do like this book better than the first so hopefully it’s a biT better

just came back from the theater and this was actually kinda good??? idk if I like it more than the first one, but I still think it was enjoyable

 

also jason can be #my stepdad too (not in a weird way, he just seems like a cool guy and he's also my mom's fave actor)

didnt hate but some filler on first act and it needed more of the megs and the octopus. My mum said first one was better

I went and saw this again cause I was that bored and loved it the second time without the annoying misbehaving teenagers in the theater. But the first under water parts are definitely superior to the second half. I want more submarine stuff. I think the trench stuff was brilliant and loved all the other animals. BTW why were animals all so big in the past? Giant versions of everything.
