The TEA/SEA units should be at least 1.3 million which would be enough for a 21x Platinum certification 17 million SPS - 15.7 million (pure sales without music club numbers)=1.3 million The last certification was 20x Platinum in 2004 so it should be 21x Platinum by now for sure.
