Str8 males get easily jealous in public when w their wives/gf?

I don't know if it's just me but I feel like since I've been doing some personal glow ups in my life & putting some care into myself, the thing that I've really started to notice is just how straight up insufferable & LETHAL the vibes I get from random str8 guys are :biblio: . It's  like you're NOT supposed to be out & looking your best while they're strolling hand-in-hand cornishly with their SOs in their contrived and performative walks :skull:

Spoiler

I do catch their wives/gfs glancing though, giving slight "I'm just a hole sir" energy

Have str8 guys always been like this? Am I the only one that senses this? Even guys that are 10s across the board, give this ego-death vibe &  jealous, overly territorial vibe that's like nauseating at times. Or is this just how love works in general? I dunno :toofunny2:

Once my friend posted a picture of her and I at a bar together and her boyfriend who I’ve never met immediately followed me on IG and started harassing her over text accusing her over being with another guy :rip:

Str8 men are THE most insecure people in this world.  I would not think too much about it.

I've noticed this a lot lately too.

The men look SUPER insecure and upset.

Sometimes their girlfriends will grab and squeeze their hands, almost like a soft reassurance.

What is going on?? :gaycat3:

Probably the amount of "gay" men nowadays who will give into this new fad of losing the "gold star" by chasing out and sleeping with women.

I kinda wish it was fanfic tho tbh . I'm not here for the constant bombardment of lethal negative energies in my day-to-day tbh. It's like you can't enjoy any outings anywhere anymore  cause of this ****.

There's definitely a collective increase in insecurity & egotistical vibes, that's MUCH more pronounced, among str8 guys. It's been bad, but never like this pre-covid tbh. I'm sure a lot of you might agree tbh. It's getting weird...

Basically str8 men will give you **** if you're gay OR if you're str8 :toofunny3: The fragility of it all

Straight men have been trained to constantly be in competition with all other men which is why so few of them have actual friends.

and this is why our modern civilization thrived to become what we are today.

In the past, unfortunately only men were allowed to become philosophers, scientists, politicians and that mentality of constant competition lead to many great things

just imagine if women had the same opportunities? we would have colonies in outer space already.

It's kinda hot that they want to be protective :bird: not when ur catching their insecure vibes though

Some are always on edge and acting like everything is a threat and they're the only ones who can provide protection as if it's still the stone age. Probably makes evolutionary sense that some guys are like that.

ofc competition can be a good thing

not in cases like the OP mentioned though

Your are pretty accurate.

straight men are very insecure about a lot of ****. Of course many straight men are not worried but the most insecure ones will feel threaten by any man including gay men being generally well dressed and good looking a threat. For straight men they scare you steal the girlfriend for gay men it’s that steal their girlfriend emotionally.

str8 guys are really weird nowadays. some of 'em want b*ssy prob.

They are raised and taught to dominate, which explains that toxic behaviour of always wanting to be the only one or at the top of the food chain. It’s ridiculous but indeed, it’s pretty widespread.

The comment section of this tiktok says everything you need to know about how insecure they are

The amount of people defending the assaulter over something SO harmless

I dated a guy who was jealous of my best male friend and allday.

they either jealous type, a narcissist's or a cheater.

can win with males.

A lot of straight dudes are indeed insecure.

I get some weird treatment from quite a lot of them where I'm just minding my business in public and they're giving me mean-mugs or stare downs for no reason.

guys that are insecure in their skin will project that onto anyone that they feel threatened by

While it is true that some men may struggle with feelings of insecurity, this is not a universal trait of all straight men. Insecurity can stem from a variety of factors such as past experiences, societal expectations, or personal beliefs. It is important to recognize that each person is unique and should not be generalized based on their gender or sexual orientation.

Ultimately, it is not productive or helpful to stereotype or make assumptions about any group of people. Instead, we should strive to treat each person as an individual with their own thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
