i can't say i gave them much of a chance when those monkeys and bananas came up + rappa's overall design is embarrassing, but even so... the first penacony chapters slayed so much in comparison  the skip cutscenes functionality is desperately needed.

The banana quest was the absolute worst in Hoyo history imo. Dumb, annoying, repetitive.  Hated it so much.

But the lore implications are massive, particularly when it comes to genius society Dr. Primitive and Polka Kakamond. They were the main antagonists.
