You are better off using the Herta LC, the Fadxiao is not the best for March since most of her damage is from her basic attacks rather than the ultimate.
I have the same relics as you. Traces are 9/10/10.

I run my Robin with the new Harmony lightcone (Poised to Bloom S3) which gives additional 24% crit dmg.

she doesn't need speed boots. your main dmg is your enhanced basic attack which your shifu should be funneling
