DPS Rankings based off CBT3 data, it assumes 7 turns. Seele might be higher due to her turn mechanic and there's a tidbit about Clara in AOE below.

Tier list again based off CBT3 data, like Genshin we really have some OP 4* on release that will be staples like Tingyun who is basically the Bennett of Star Rail.

 

There is some information about the buffs/nerfs we will see on release, Bronya get's a nerf that her skill can't be used on herself and Himeko saw some buffs.

If the banners are the same as what they were in the final CBT a few weeks ago:

 

1.0 Banner Phase 1: 
5 Star: Seele
4 Stars: Natasha, Hook and Pela

 

1.0 Banner Phase 2:
5 Star: Jing Yuan
4 Stars: Tingyun, Sushang and March 7th

 

 

So you'd be silly to pull for Seele unless you really like her since the 4*'s on Jing Yuan's banner are way better

Jingyuan did not get nerfed, there was some slightly adjustments but his power level should still be the same. I think his card thing got slightly tuned down but idk

Seele's wep/card thing got slightly buffed
