I don't know if I should use my guaranteed on Robin or Topaz. I actually have some nice relics for Topaz so it's such a shame that I cannot use them, but at the same time Robin seems to be of more value for an account

Robin will have her first re-run relatively soon. Topas will take a long time so take that into account.

God I hope I get Robin because I have some really good attack boots on set for both Dr. Ratio and Topaz and with her action forward advancement I wouldn't need to run speed on them and they would be free to pop off

 

Also I could free Ruan Mei from being overworked to the bone

you need to makes sure everyone is at least 134 with robin more so than Ruan cause you want them to go twice in the ult

She's actually a bit "complicated" to use compared to most harmonies so far but you get so much atk bonus/dmg + her personal dmg that it more than makes up for the of atk boots
