Multiple sources confirm Cornyn, Thune, Barrasso courting conservative Scott votes to back them in anticipated leadership contest.
 

McConnell has been absent since a major fall and concussion at SLF event at Waldorf Astoria. Senate staff openly questioning whether he will ever return.

Saw this coming months ago and frankly not interested. I'm far more curious on how Cornyn, Thune and Barasso plan to win the Rick Scott allies.

 

Scott's ten times more shameless and evil than than McConnell ever was, which is saying something. He should still be in prison as we speak for welfare fraud, serving a life sentence - if we had anything close to equal justice in this country, which we don't.
