This list is very vanilla I would probably choose no. 1 or 8, I don't mind cooking and if he's rich, we can eat out. As for 8, if he's a serial killer then what's the worst that can happen to a girl who's already hurt?

The cons of #1 and #6 aren't bad, unlike the others. Out of those two I'll go for #6.
