They probably believe that now the Democrats will have to justify permitting a white woman to stay on without resigning in solidarity while the two black men get kicked out.

Crazy thing is: the 2 expelled members are allowed to run for a special election and will probably be re-elected. It’s caused national attention and massive protests. They’ll be back and with national profiles now

I mean, if I were a political consultant that’s what I would suggest for them to do. Watering everything down to racism doesn’t really seem smart either, and ignores the possible divisions that they could have been trying to manufacture and exploit. Exploring these possible hypotheticals is important for not falling into those traps. You’re just saying I’m justifying it because you want to paint me personally as bad and agreeing with them.
