It's basically impossible to lose buccal fat. You may lose some with age (which means its going to get a little worse for Lea), but not a significant amount.

This, and when you lose weight, you lose weight everywhere. 

 

Most of the people getting this buccal fat removal already have REALLY low body fat percentages

BBLs can kinda be reversed/reshaped, but from my understanding buccal fat removal is permanent.

 

I was looking into it a couple months ago after it first came up on here, they literally remove a fat pad from your cheeks via your mouth/gum.

This is probably a the only decent result I’ve seen, still she seemed more youthful before having it. Maybe because she’s a few years younger in the first pic?

 

I think this just ages everyone, and from what’s I’ve seen the risks of infection are insane, the other day I saw several videos of everything that goes wrong

 

Is not worth paying money and risking your health for such an odd result.

I think she should have a revision, if the point was looking younger, it didn't work
