Liberals will hold a court majority until at least 2025, when a liberal justice’s term expires. A conservative justice’s term ends in 2026.

Vermillion Posted April 5, 2023 Posted April 5, 2023 Given the literal (not metaphoric) fascism and autocracy currently happening in the Tennessee legislature, an impeachment and removal of Janet is unfortunately no longer completely out of the question, yes. BUT, the last hope regarding SD-08 is that Milwaukee County (as of this post) is still just under half-reported.
