“Took 17 years” as if longevity isn’t a good thing :dies:  Artists are lucky to still be relevant after 10, let alone nearly 20 and still reaching new heights.

This doesn’t change the fact that she is a non factor outside of the U.S…and Canada… and Japan…and China…and Australia…and Brazil… and Germany… and the UK…and India…and Taiwan…and Mexico…and Vietnam…and Ireland…and the Netherlands…and [insert country that uses YouTube/Spotify/has access to western media here]

imagine the effect when she tours there :dies:

Gaga's career is over only in your wet dreams :dies:  ASIB was released during her 2nd decade, and its the only international era to have three Diamond certified singles in France, including two solo singles. Similiar dominance in rest of the Europe, so Gaga not only had a bigger peak in Europe once in 2008/09, she repeated it in 2018/19 :dies: Meanwhile, Taylor is cracking Germany just now, and yet will never reach Gaga's peak there either :rip:  80% of Gaga's singles are certified in Germany, compared to like 8% of Taylor's :skull:

You are right, but my point was that she was never big to begin with, so the "but I thought she wasn't big in Germany" attempts are ridiculous since she is doing great only now :deadbanana4:

Diamond certifications became irrelevant here as the thresholds are way too low. French diamond is far from being as big as the US one. It’s like Brazil diamond.

She has been doing great in Germany for a while now. She even was the most streamed artist on YouTube last decade (when YouTube was relevant).

We love artists who can reach new highs 17 years in their career :clap3: It's a nice change from artists who peak with their very first album and start fading right after :clap3:

hopefully one of them will go multiplatinum

well, decide for yourself:

1xP - 200,000 - 1989

1xG - 100,000 - Red

1xG - 100,000 - Fearless

1xG - 100,000 - Reputation

1xG - 100,000 - Midnights

= 600,000 albums sold. I thot her albums would all be at 1 million by the way the Swifties talk about her.
