The Man Who Posted July 14, 2023 Posted July 14, 2023 Just got done listening to this and I loved it. GODDESS, SENTI-MENTAL, HEADLIGHTS, LOVE IS A… and EVERGREEN are my top 5 as of now.
ruleZz Posted July 14, 2023 Posted July 14, 2023 Opening track is a bop All unreleased track are great
ZORBIT Posted July 16, 2023 Posted July 16, 2023 This grew on me compared to first listen. The only ones I skip are Headlights & Love is a… everything else is quite consistent & cohesive Title track an amazing closer
pink lightning Posted July 16, 2023 Posted July 16, 2023 Very solid album, I enjoyed it a lot! All new tracks are really great and title track is an immediate standout. This will be in replay for me for the rest of the month for sure.
ATRL Moderator Element Posted July 22, 2023 ATRL Moderator Posted July 22, 2023 Excellent album! Probably top 3 for me this year so far
est. in 90s Posted July 25, 2023 Posted July 25, 2023 Finally got around to listening to this and the album is a bop! Standouts for me are: Hype Zombies, Love Is A, Headlights, Anywhere But Here, Goddess and Good Enemy. PVRIS just doesn't miss!
Vicki Posted December 22, 2023 Posted December 22, 2023 Listening to this album for the first time and I'm moving so hard, who is this mother grabbing me by the neck like this 1

Robburro Posted December 24, 2023 Posted December 24, 2023 people liking this album really got me shook... pvris weakest effort and yet is attracting people
FireFade Posted December 25, 2023 Author Posted December 25, 2023 I definitely think that AWKOHAWNOH is their best album (well, probably most of the PVRIS fans do) and I miss that sound with 4-5 minute songs, but this is a strong solo project from Lynn in my opinion.

'AWKOHAWNOH' is their best indeed but this is basically a different project now with more radio-pop oriented songs. Which ISN'T a bad thing to me. The songs in question are still great and I expected something way way worse after the hiatus. I just got used to more complicated PVRIS before 1

I think that's the point. This doesn't feel like something the band would release. As a standard Lynn solo project? Okay. A band project? nah
