Like a thread here about vinyls really shows for artists with a solid physical demand (especially for the vinyl format) good sales are possibile now cause the vinyl markets Is growing up month after month.

 

 

 

So i'm not surprised about lana matching honeymoon numbers from 2015. 

Midnights beat 1989 record also thanks to the new vinyl trend.

These numbers don't have anything to do with that. We won't see the effect until tomorrow for anything for that.

 

She's high because she's always had a consistent fanbase. NFR did 100k in 2019 and COCC did 75k in 2021 with all of those controversies surrounding her at the time. BB was lower because it didn't even have vinyls available until second week, which split its numbers. With her streaming numbers slowly increasing since BB, a higher sales week for this album was likely.
