Your point doesn’t matter in the real world. It doesn’t matter if you think or feel it’s sex negative. Anyone can have their opinion. What matter is the consequences in real life. At the end he got fired, and that’s a decision his boss made.

Absolutely I agree with you that your employer shouldn’t care what you do off the clock. However he’s promoting himself on a public forum (Twitter), which then is putting his firm in a bad light.

Again, this has nothing to do with what I’m saying. You’re stuck on how the world is, I’m commenting on how the world should be. This would be like you saying, “Well, segregation is just the way of the world,” when I’m saying it should be done away with. Obviously, sex negativity and stigma against sex work exists, which is exactly why I’m saying it shouldn’t exist.

Let's be honest for a minute. The people here acting all self-righteous and trying to police his morality are not in a position to say anything when they are doing all of the activities described in the article that he did and even more, and chances are, they are mad that they are not getting paid to do all those things.

As long as his sex life and sexual activities on OnlyFans were not done while at work and they didn't interfere with his ability to do the work, what he does is no one's business.

I would agree with ppl like this if it wasn’t for him ******* in public. Like IN PUBLIC PUBLIC, not in some lil alleyway or something and his twitter is so kinky. He doesn’t have your average onlyfans where they just masturbate and have sex in private and record like his **** is a little kinky and wild

Am I the only one who feels like it’s an insult to actual real sex workers when you call an onlyfans thot/attention seeker a sex worker? :biblio: Hmm :katie:

Don’t most porn stars get tired of doing porn and retire eventually? Like I imagine it’s thrilling and liberating at first but if you had a job that was gonna keep you well off for DECADES why would you trade it for onlyfans porn star?? He wasn’t thinking beyond sex w that. Like unless he can find a way to turn sex work into a long lasting source of income like a career as a lawyer then girl wtf he could’ve done the same kinky **** on the low and kept the lawyer bag, very dumb

I respect the fact he stood up to that nasty women. I mean she was against gay rights. However I'm not so sure about his choices but he's cute. The street porn was a choice but everyone acting like they never did it before? Seriously it's a.........

Kinda this honestly. People having an OF has become such a norm these days that I think it’s deluded people about the fact that it does not and should not go hand in hand with somebody’s career, especially if somebody is a Judge. Fact of the matter is, the man’s a ***** and wanted more extra cash and the attention than his already well paying job. He got caught out, so it’s tough really - he would have fully been aware of the consequences of doing *****graphy in relation to his job.

We’re at a point in time where I can go on insta, find any marginally attractive gay with abs, and can reliably find an OF link in their bio the majority of the time. You don’t ever have to wonder about what these narcissistic thots may look like naked because they’re already willing to show you for $5 a month. Have some sense of self worth and forethought about how it will affect your future.

Once almost any influencer picks up a few thousand followers, the OF is almost inevitable. It’s usually not legit sex work, it’s a vanity project.

Very much this :giraffe: people get off on the social media attention and followers, it’s as simple as that.

You all clearly need to learn how to read. Key words were "off-the-clock". What someone does in their off-time, as long as it's LEGAL and doesn't HARM anyone else should not have any effect on their work lives. There was a time (and in many places this STILL happens) where simply being gay/having sex with someone of the same sex would also be judged the same way a bunch of you prudes are judging right now.

Bloo is completely right here. :clap3: Keep your nose out of other people's sex lives. No one is FORCING you to watch their videos. :rip:

Yea I actually think it's unfair he got fired when there are judges that have given sentences and verdicts based on race, judges that have been accused of misconduct, judges that do what they want without following the law, yet a gay on OF gets fired? People here should be mad at that, not judging him on it

All of that is disgusting & all of them should be FIRED.

I’m not going to just SUPPORT this man simply because he’s gay & there are other messy judges :deadbanana4:

What dumb logic is that….

Of course you shouldn't be fired for legal things you do off the clock, but the fact of the matter is that your employer has the right to expect you to not make them "look bad" when you're not clocked in. That's in most employee contracts. Sadly, America is still very anti-sex so of course an OF page would "look bad".

The weird thing is... why? He doesn't need to money, I'm sure, so he just wanted attention, I guess? lol Hopefully he was successful on OF.

Not America being anti-sex :ahh: :ahh:

Some of y'all really need to go outside and start living in the real world, because your whole perception of reality is shaped by the internet.

Firing a Judge for posting videos of him literally being a toilet and illegally having sex in public places is not anti-sex :rip:

Thank you :clap3:

this thread is really a summation of the conversation I’ve been having with friends for years and I always find it disappointing when fingers are pointed back with “anti sex work” :shakeno:

The only valid reason is that he broke the law with doing stuff in public, otherwise he can be a toilet all he wants.. and you can't really say america is not anti sex lol. It's heavily monetized but irl and especially the corporate it's still quite taboo. And that's not just the case in the US but for most countries.

While I cringe at OF people, it shouldn't be a danger for their career. As long as he follows the law, firing him for it is anti sex.

The US is an extremely conservative society and sex is a huge taboo here, let alone GAY sex. That's not the ONLY reason why this person got fired, but what the user you quoted said is completely accurate.

No it’s not lol. I don’t think he would’ve gotten away with that unless he worked for a law firm on fire island. The stuff he was doing was a little kinky and illegal and didn’t help his case. the US is no different from most western countries in its views on sex
