You're in a professional position and you need to have a professional appearance.

I'm quite shocked that a lot of people on this website do not understand that when you have those kind of jobs, you can't just go and post whatever the hell you want and think it wouldn't affect your job if it got out.

No one is sex shaming or **** shaming anyone, if you want to drink out of urinals and eat poop and get beat and more during sex and behind closed doors, go for it. You just can't expect to film it and have it on the internet and keep your job....

I mean nobody said it wouldn't make sense if it affected his job, just that maybe it shouldn't.

Why is the professional image line drawn at *****graphy if it doesn't harm anyone, is off the clock and on a different account?

Obviously I'm not talking about this specific case anymore since he did illegal ****, but I don't think having an Onlyfans makes you less professional at your job.

Let's be honest for a minute. The people here acting all self-righteous and trying to police his morality are not in a position to say anything when they are doing all of the activities described in the article that he did and even more, and chances are, they are mad that they are not getting paid to do all those things.

As long as his sex life and sexual activities on OnlyFans were not done while at work and they didn't interfere with his ability to do the work, what he does is no one's business.

Lol no. This approach is what makes the Gay community so toxic. We live in a society and some checks and balances have a valid reason. Gays need to be judged by society the same way everyone else does, thats the only true was to reach an actual and long term normalization.

I am appaled how normalized is sex work among gay men. What happened to the dream of a gay president? Gay astronaut? Gay mayor? Are they all now on only fans selling their videos? Is that what we aspire now?

Not all.

Some are on Just 4 Fans.

Mess I know his… work :rip:

I will say, as a sex-positive person, that some of his antics are definitely on the more… adventurous side, and he wasn’t shy or hiding it, he shows his face in everything (including with… stuff on it), so the fact that this didn’t happen sooner is surprising if that was an issue (and not agreeing it should be but still). I always thought his bosses were aware or he worked at some super-hip law firm that didn’t care :rip:

Yeah that's what I thought too. I feel like he got fired because the situation became even more public after his tweet. I'm sure his co-workers and his boss already knew (and some probably subscribed to his OF)

Like you mean to tell me that this guy who posted full nudes and sex videos with his visible face on it for years, now getting fired and not when got his first job as a judge? Did HR do screening AT ALL before they him? :rip:

he owns his own LLC law practice :rip: in addition to being a judge

That’s what I thought nnn, still it’s surprising he had a “normal” 9-5 job and still was posting all of that :priceless:

Seriously :rip: Like it would make more sense if he was one of those faceless OF people that got found out (which also would be shorty to do).

Another user says he has his own LLC firm, which is what I thought and made sense since he would be able to do whatever he wanted without fear of retribution.

Well I guess it means that he will do fine even he lost this job specifically but it still sending me :deadbanana4:

The fact that he got appointed as a judge means that he really really good at his professional job before this shenanigans. But not good enough to out yourself on your own porn twitter though :dies:

Yeah from what I had gathered it sounded like before beginning my to show his face on his Twitter, he was super successful and smart, and so I assumed that when he started showing his face he knew his other job was secured regardless.

Like, Imm sure he makes more than enough money with his OF and private LLC, so work, but damn he really was testing the limits of “polite” society.

It is not only about standards of professionalism. Any judicial official who has this kind of material in the public domain is highly vulnerable to blackmail and extortion.

I support sex workers but since some of the videos are public sex in the middle of a street in NYC then there's a real conflict of interest there if he's working in law. :deadbanana2:

Exactly… people are doing the most to excuse him left, right and centre.

As someone who is strongly sex-positive, I think professional capacity and competence =/= personal proclivities and interests. However, this case is VERY unique in the sense that the man, who happens to be in the highest position of the legal totem pole, has a side gig irrelevant to his skills and talent as a judge/prosecutor BUTcould very well compromise his ability to create verdicts, should his side gig be found out. This is why I think he should quit that OF gig, or being a judge. He has to choose one, because the nature of his side gig/hobbies opens him up to extortion and blackmail under his role as an adjudicator.

If the man was an engineer, doctor, actuarian, investment banker, whatever the **** high paying professional job there is, I would absolutely without hesitation say he shouldn't be fired and he can do whatever the **** he wants, his professional skills have no relevant matter in the world of porn. HOWEVER, given that he also talks about how he jerks off and does all OF-related **** while at work as a JUDGE, PLUS the public sex thing which he shows off to his OF account is a criminal offense under New York jurisprudence (where he operates as a legal professional), by all accounts he should be fired.

This isn't one of those faceless OF accounts that are mysterious he shows off his whole FACE all the f*cking time, talks about being a judge on THAT same alter ego/account and talks about doing lewd things while at WORK, that is professional indecency and should net him some time off. If he simply did NOT work in the legal field, did OF outside of work, not in public and kept his face/identity private then this would be a completely different conversation, but the specific circumstances of his scenario make it easy to understand why he was fired.

A lot of people here seem to be missing some key elements here. He is/was an appointed judge for the City of New York. There are different rules and codes of conduct for public positions that are paid with taxpayer money. Also, he was fired for "inappropriate behavior" not just his bareback c*md*mp channel. He also tweeted "suck my c*nt" at the Mayor of NYC and "choke on a d*ck" to a City Councilwoman. Any sitting judge would have been terminated for that behavior, as it shows personal animosity and compromises any of their past and future legal rulings. Even setting aside the porn career, this person displayed horrible judgment that disqualified him from holding the power and responsibility of a judge for the largest city in America.

not all the ugly gays in here whining about OF because they’re mad that if they messaged an OF gay they would get ignored or blocked, and if they made one themselves not a single person would subscribe because they’re neckbeards living in their mother’s musty basements :jonny5:

Let it all out sweetheart.

I just can not accept that working as a sex worker who drinks piss and takes it raw with strangers should be on the same level as working as an openly gay person in hospital, school, finance. No no NO I will not accept this new toxic and dangerous ways some of you gays are promoting. Don't @ ME! nonow beeing unloved and unfucked, cuz I have plenty of love and sex in my life, I just don't sell it

Lol my thoughts exactly. Even if having an OF is highly questionable as someone who is essentially paid by taxpayers(would you want your president getting rawdogged for a 5$ subscription?), his twitter comments towards other people in high places were absolutely unprofessional… anyone would get fired for that if they’re showing their face… :rip:
