Beyonce and Taylor are similar levels of local but moreso Beyonce at this point. Mariah is much more global than both of them.

Tbh an argument could be made for either Bey or Mariah but I’m sure ATRL will delude themselves into Taylor being the most local. Although, anyone thinking Taylor is more local than them given her success everywhere these last few years then it’s pure trolling. But none of the three are local, like, Bey has probably seen the most success in Europe out of the three while Asia is a toss-up between Mariah and Taylor (Taylor will eventually surpass her if not already, but Mariah was the biggest western female big there before Taylor), and then Taylor has North America and Oceania pretty comfortably. ATRL loves to throw the narrative around that these three ladies in particular (idk why?) are local when that’s objectively false and disprovable by numbers. But that’s ATRL for you, so!

Mariah has sold more than Beyonce in Europe. And still has sold more than taylor worldwide.

No, she’s the best-selling Western artist, male or female, in the world’s most populous continent (Asia) and the biggest music market outside of the US (Japan)…period.

 

She’s also still the sixth best-selling female in albums even if you took away every single one of her US sales.

 

As for some of the replies in here - this website is full of trolls and there’s a weird influx of Mariah haters recently, but be serious for once. Mariah is far more global than either (and that also goes for 99% of atrl’s faves).
