Kelly is doing the Pink route where every single song sounds pretty bland despite great vocal. I have no doubt these will translate much better in the live version, like she always does.

will continue to support the OG idol tho

I strongly and respectfully disagree on both cases...I think people just want rebellious angry songs from mature women and that's just not them anymore.
But there's a lot of feelings, emotions in these songs, and P!nk's latest album. Just coming from a different source I think...

Haven’t listened yet. Comes out at midnight!

These sound like what My December could have been if Clive was actually willing to work with Kelly rather than just **** on her.

Finally listen to both songs. I am

 greatly disappointed.

Both songs have great intentions but she’s capable of coming harder. She should have came harder!  Both songs are giving final ballad on the album. Both songs lyrically go nowhere and there’s no big climax.

I was expecting more from a beautiful talent like Kelly but theses songs could have easily been sung by anyone & to be honest they are boring.

It seems a lot of the 00s pop girls have truly lost their spunk this last decade.

I’m just happy Pink, Kelly & Avril are still releasing music even if it’s not their best work or generic.

I still can’t believe we are getting a album from all 3 girls this year :duca:

Her voice sounds great on both of these

I was also surprised to see GAYLE on the credits for Me

I didn't like these very much at all :( very sad about it

Me - is sooooo good and the vocals....

whew I was not ready. That G#5 is INSANE omg

Mine - definitely the perfect choice for a single it's so catchy and it's definitely nothing like she's really ever released before. It's honestly been on repeat all day :jonny:

Mine is SO good.

Me is SO good

I wish we got an uptempo sample from the album but these are both stunning songs

I'm not sure how anyone finds these songs to be generic lol I think they're very unique sounds, especially for her. Definitely more experimental

Same. I'm trying really hard to like them. Lyrically, they're great. But musically, something is off.

I had a different experience - I feel like this finally sounds a little more interesting from her, like a craftier hybrid of My December and MOL  (I cant say the same thing about p!nk's new record)

I wasn't ready for that gospel-esque choir  on me

Been listening to Breakaway a lot lately. Curious to what she'll serve this time!

Mine is great.

Me is bland.

These are two of the best songs she has ever done and they are truly immaculate! I can not wait for June 23rd :jonny5:

They're both solid teasers for the album! I like "Me" a bit more, especially the last chorus was pretty heavenly. But I do agree that something is missing in both songs production wise, but still interesting the direction she seems to be taking.
