The song Jump is everything people no longer want from Ciara and I’m happy that it looks like she’s realized that.  The video was amazing but it also had many flaws. Too many looks and weird locations that felt out of place and some bad cgi like the beach scene. It felt overly saturated. However we got some really great scenes that are some of her best visually like the sparking locks and the final scene where she’s almost dancing like the old Ciara. It’s like a mixed feeling for me. But the song I no longer ever want her to do a song like that again. It’s corny and it’s tired. 
 

 

How We Roll is the perfect combination of simplicity but also kind of has a grown feel. I think her midtempos always outshine her high tempo moments. The only thing I wish was that she did this moment when she wasn’t in the middle of a pregnancy. This moment with Chris Brown was something we all wanted and even at one time almost lost hope for. It deserves a repeat when she isn’t pregnant. 
 

Happy that the song is having a lot of success and January should be fun time for the csquad! I’m looking forward to it!

Ciara needs to realize that her audience isn't children...... its Young Adults and Older. 

 

How We Roll is perfect she just need to evolve from here. 

 

I just hope she doesn't regress back to making intentional depthless/cutesy/childish tik toky music.......thats really her down fall tbh. 

 

She needs to make music you can enjoy at the club or even sexy/sultry R&b.......not music for the jungle gym.

The csquad is so divided that’s why. I notice some people really have pushed members away.  That’s a whole other story I don’t want to get into right nah. 
 

we need to do it like the old days. Someone make a flyer and pm them to as many people as you can. It doesn’t have to be just station head. People can just listen on their own that entire week non stop.
