Do celebrities look older after having surgeries/botox?

We know their goal is too look better and younger but honestly they age very quickly and it shows. See Zac Efron or Ariana

It depends. Jennifer Aniston very recently has had work done and she looks younger than she has done for years

I feel like if they get it done when they are young, they look older than they would have if they didn’t get it but when they get it when they are already older, it makes them look younger.

but this is why I don’t wanna be a influencer/celebrity. If some one naturally attractive like Zac Efron and Ariana feel the need to get surgery, I just know the need for approval is strong.

Yes, all that pain and money wasted for vanity to look like a sad, plastic blow-up doll. With very, very, very rare exceptions

Some of them look younger. Like Madonna, but she'd look younger with anything tbh

Thats because those ones you mentioned went overboard. Like gaga circa artpop era...

Look at gagas face and jawline now. she perfected it and look incredible.

Or madonna circa 2008 next to JTimberlake, she looked like a 35 yo woman... (Madonna now is 65, theres only so much she can do).

Everyone of your faves gets enhancing work that makes them more photgenic.

Some do.

95% of people that you see in moves/music have Botox. So no, it’s not “everyone”, but some people for sure. Also, most times people see what they criticize, it’s cause of filler.

I think mostly celebrities would rather just hide the 'signs' of aging such as wrinkles and saggy skin and they don't care if it actually makes them look worse overall so long as they can tell themselves they don't have wrinkles and they can look in photos and see tight skin.

With fillers it seems when it wears off, it leaves the skin saggier, so every time they will need more and more to fill up

I don't understand why anyone would need fillers before their forties

It depends on how much they've gotten done. Some go overboard.

Lines can develop in your 20's, and I'd imagine celebrities would notice it a lot more than normal people because they're surrounded by people who are obsessed with having perfect faces.

It does make them look older if it's noticeable. Unless it's for medical reasons, I associate plastic surgery with ageing, which is why it makes them look older to me. Botox is different though, as far as I know, botox doesn't change your face shape, it just prevents the muscles that cause wrinkles from moving.

Case by case basis

depends on how heavy handed they are with it and what they're working with naturally

those who don't overdo it and have good genes to begin with often benefit from it in their 40s/50s, though no one can stave off aging forever

Too much of it yes.

literally everyone in hollywood has had fillers at some point, it can look good when its done in moderation.

Some of you really need to know what Botox really is.

What you're referring to is filler @Ferret
