The DPRK has made significant progress in solving the housing problem over the years, providing free housing to its citizens as a basic right. Under the wise Kim Jong Un’s leadership, the DPRK has embarked on a number of ambitious housing projects, such as the second-stage project in the Hwasong area which is part of the Workers’ Party of Korea’s decision to build 50,000 flats in Pyongyang between 2021 and 2025, with 10,000 flats built each year. In addition, the Mirae Scientists Street, Ryomyong Street, Sadong District were opened throughout the years. These projects have transformed the appearance of the capital city, providing sky-kissing apartment buildings. These flats are supplied free of charge to the DPRK citizens, reflecting the true feature of socialist Korea as a country for the people.

Free universities and colleges

Free libraries in every locality

Free insurance

Free healthcare

Free houses

Free food up to the given ration (it has trade sanctions that prevent it from purchasing fertilizer and seeds for more yield plus it lacks enough arable land).

Free access to intranet (their own internet) and internet (for educational institutions)

Universal literacy

Universal employment

Cheap electricity (however up until recently it was very irregular because of energy sanctions placed on them by capitalist countries)

Zero taxes

Since, unlike a capitalist economic system, where the surplus you generate goes to a capitalist, who then uses it to buy cars and mansions for himself, your surplus is used to benefit everyone.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has broken ground for a greenhouse farm and 10,000 apartments in the capital, Pyongyang, state media reported, as the country grapples with tough economic conditions amid sanctions and deepening isolation.

Kim “personally pressed the blast button” and gave “warm encouragement” to construction workers at the groundbreaking ceremony for the housing project, the mouthpiece Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Thursday.

There's propaganda. Then there's indisputable facts.
