There's something that I noticed happens to a lot of men between this transition period of like 28 to 33 ish where their looks can either crumble horribly or they maintain themselves as best as possible and end up lookg great all throughout their 30s and beyond. For some it's just genetics and ish and they age incredibly quickly in that age range...for others (like Liam) it's clearly a mix of both the aging thingy and getting bad work done (buccal fat removal). I assume it's because the surgeries are quite fresh. Usually it takes months for swelling to go away and to settle properly.
