She's drawing from a very narrow pool of sounds and most of the tracks make heavy use of repetition to sell the hooks. In small doses the effect is hypnotic, but it gets tiring over the length of an entire album. I struggled to tell some of the songs apart after awhile, which is a shame since none of them are bad
