Not only that, they just had a Dem legislature sweep thanks in enormous part to millennial+Gen Z backlash to Roe being struck down.

 

This is at the county level, where in more rural area things get far more complicated. She’ll always have the option of an appeal and thankfully ability to pay for legal fees given the attention this has received, but the fact this is even being considered is the larger conversation here.
