Space Cowboy Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Let’s not pretend Margot deserved to be nominated with that weak performance. 3 2 1
Donquizote Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Our generation Kate Hepburn, Emma Stone will win her 4th Oscar in acting before Meryl wins her 4th one and Glenn Glose wins her first one. 5
Donquizote Posted January 23 Posted January 23 We know Margot will get snubbed. Her performance is good, but not something that voters will put at #1.
its_britney_bitch Posted January 23 Posted January 23 People really expecting the OSCARS to take notice of a Riverfail actor 2
Donquizote Posted January 23 Posted January 23 America Ferrera getting in for BSA over Julianne Moore and Rosemund Pike is the most disgusting thing that happened this award season. 6
Donquizote Posted January 23 Posted January 23 SAG: Benning BAFTA: Huller Oscar: Stone Loving that concept

I was rooting for Julianne or Rosemund but also disappointed Natalie Portman and Barry Keoghan were snubbed too 1

Didnt he get nominated for Peoples Choice, Golden Globes, Critics Choice and more?
Reflektor Posted January 23 Posted January 23 28 minutes ago, Space Cowboy said: Barbie didn’t deserve acting noms to begin with I was looking at the noms for Best Supporting Actor (which, let's be fair the acting categories were stacked this year aside from the mess that was Best Supporting Actress) and the performances were so strong I would have had to replace Charles Melton with Gosling in a just world. Ken was funny but I was actually emotionally moved by all the other performances in that category.
Tusk Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Ruffalo getting a nom is disappointing. He puts a lisp on his voice and calls it an accent (like he does in most roles)….and the accent is inconsistent throughout the movie. 2 1
Almodusa Posted January 23 Posted January 23 And when this pops up at the red carpet on March 10th, then what 1 2

Konril Posted January 23 Posted January 23 For Anatomy of a Fall, Milo Machado Graner and Messi the Border Collie deserved Best Supporting Actor Nominations. I mean, that dog played dead convincingly. 2
Dark Miracles Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Supporting Actress continues to be an absolute garbage shoot of a category. I cannot believe the amount of straight up mediocrity they have allowed to enter and even WIN that category these past few years. May December crashed so hard, it's a little strange. G*rwig out is great to see, too bad she still got into Screenplay with Baumb*ch. Hopefully Bening or Hüller win Actress now, Bening is on her 5th nom so very clear overdue narrative and Hüller had a banner year with 2 of the best films this year. Margot should be happy about her snub, it gives her soo much goodwill for her next actually worthy project. 1
