you hate to see it. :ryan3:

I love Margod but not really. She did NOT deserve to get it and I'm here for the meltdowns.

America certainly does not belong there tho.

Didn’t think Margot (or anyone from Barbie) deserved a nom, but if Gosling and America got in, then she should definitely have gotten in too :michael:

Oh well.

Bradley got the same noms he got for ASIB, Picture, Screenplay and Actor :gaycat4:

the internet's been so weird with him, but his 2nd film in a row gets a bunch of noms

still no director which pretty much seals the deal he won't win

Annette Bening is definitely happening at the SAG Awards too (they also love Netflix over there) and I see her taking the place of one of the other frontrunners at the Oscars

Who do we think for best film?

Okay but they still haven't announced ACADEMY AWARD NOMINEES Andrew Scott and Greta Lee. Hopefully after the break?

Leo deserved over some of the people nominated

France played themselves by going with The Taste of Things

I'm glad the Teacher's Lounge and Perfect Days got nominated

It's a shame both Margo and Greta missed

The Holdovers got overestimated

:ryan3:

she did not but she deserved more than Ferrara.

but out of merit Gosling should've been the only acting nominee, with Gerwig in BD. :ryan3:

I'd understand if she served, but Ferrera getting in for that joke of a performance while the adequately performed titular character got snubbed is NOT a good look :suburban:

Congrats Oppenheimer on winning Best Picture. The small chance I gave to the Holdovers is gone now with Payne missing director.

Leo was great in KOTFM imo. Both him and Margot missing is silly.

Shocked at Margot not getting in BA she got the Gaga treatment, nominated everywhere but the Oscars. I thought there was no way they would nominate Ryan and not her but you have America so I guess that makes it even? I don't think either of their performances were anything special, just because it wasn't that kind of movie to me. Ryan was a standout but I preferred Dominic Sessa for The Holdovers also I don't get why The Color Purple didn't get more love it was one of the best things I've seen from the past year.
