M!X Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 I mean based on the representation India gets in the western media, where very young people are forced to follow their parent's footsteps/choose a career they do not necessarily prefer and a partner that is a ''good fit'' for them based on the society standards I am not at all surprised they would be heavily against anything lgbt related as LGBT people are literally the exact opposite of their values - be yourself and choose your own path no matter what everyone around you says so yeah...Still sad as we are in 2023.
Helios Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 Hate that for my LGBT brothers and sisters in that country because there are MANY.
Bloodflowers. Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 India recently made same-sex activities legal, so I am not surprised this didn't pass so soon. They will get there in few years, India is a great country with one of the most compassionate people on Earth
