Remmy Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 Dance the Night is cute enough. Glad it's for a soundtrack & not DL3 though. Don't think I've heard LOVE DIVE in full but After Like is a bop I love from them Quote I agree with your ranking of the three songs released. Kelly just keeps on giving. I live. I wonder if they're going to make a Nintendo universe like has been rumored. Period I'd be surprised if they didn't, especially after TSMBM hitting a billion.

I'm ready for something more fresh for DL3. LOVE DIVE came at me hard and fast. It's so good. As long as they stick to quality and not quantity! We need to continue the fun and good animated movie trend.

Remmy Posted June 9, 2023 Posted June 9, 2023 Oh wow a lot of movies this week Haven't seen any, though. Surprised to see your Dirty Grandpa score be pretty high I remember that one getting wildly panned nnn. || A mashup getting love this time around, interesting Never Really Over did some heavy lifting on that one I'd say. Now the mashup w/ Dagny's "Love You Like That" (which NRO samples) in the recommendations ate. Quote We need to continue the fun and good animated movie trend. Well, it looks like Pixar's Elemental might be breaking that before they get the chance to Plus some of the animated movie trailers I've been seeing in theaters are... a little rough

This next update is very much the opposite. Dirty Grandpa was stupid, dirty funny in a way that I was not expecting. Both appalling and hilarious. I can see it being polarizing. And I love me a good mashup! There are also a lot of good edited covers out there. Maybe they'll show up here one day. Well... I still have to see Spiderverse, so.

Remmy Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 Kiii at you going into all these action movies without previous context Oop at LOTR, never seen those but I feel like I wouldn't enjoy them meanwhile Tropic Thunder is something I've considered watching. Maybe I should add it to my watchlist. Quote I feel like Mission Impossible is the same way, but I've also never seen a Mission Impossible movie. Vin Diesel said the final movie is a trilogy? So I don't think they're over yet. Now wait I love Mission Impossible The first is okay & the second isn't great (widely agreed to be the weakest) but after that things REALLY take off. Probably gonna see the new one opening week(end). Yes they are unfortunately not done and I wouldn't be shocked if more spinoffs start popping up.

LOTR was pretty good, but I wasn't as gagged as others about it. Tropic Thunder wasn't worth the hype, but it's not terrible, something to pass the time. I don't know if I'm ever intending on watching any of the MI movies, but with my new action movie track record, this might be the year.

Remmy Posted July 7, 2023 Posted July 7, 2023 magic is cute, can't say it's one of my favorites from Chemistry but I like it skip this part + chemistry (song) are still the only 2 tracks that are just okay to me. Finally I can say I enjoy Olivia Rodrigo w/ vampire Great track and lead single. Wasn't able to enjoy anything else from her aside from brutal. Quote I'm truly forced into these movies. I'll probably watch it within the next few days since my comedy marathon list (for movies I've never seen) is winding down. But including rewatches, my list already has plenty of Ben Stiller so one more wouldn't hurt. Well at least you'll be dipping into quality this time (once again, after the first 2)

Remmy Posted July 15, 2023 Posted July 15, 2023 Both songs down to you is one of my faves from Chemistry, and Heaven is lovely. GOTG3 was very enjoyable, a nice (possible) ending to the trilogy. We've already discussed Nimona The Blackening is something I've had my eyes on but I only just heard about The Out-Laws like 3 days ago when my mom was watching it She said it was hilarious but the reviews are... very low, even for a Netflix original and I already have a pretty bad relationship with those in the first place. Oops, I didn't see this in time Two cute, solid songs. GOTG3 was better than I expected, and honestly, it should end there. It was a solid close to all the stories. The Blackening and The Out-Laws were both entertaining. I'd say take them for what they are, because it doesn't go further than that, but for mindless watches. Remmy Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 Oh 80 for Brady, my mom has mentioned that to me as well you 2 actually have really similar taste nnn, at least in comedies. I've heard that it's cute but I fear it's not the type of movie I'd enjoy It's nice to see at least one person watched Bird Box Barcelona, didn't know it existed until days ago and I was baffled that it made no noise after the OG did so well. It's true, it's true. :jimin: Yeah I've seen some people's thoughts on The Blackening and it seems like most just think it's okay/cute but it should still be enjoyable enough. I'll likely save it for my October lineup now that I think about it.
