NordicGuy Posted March 8, 2023 Posted March 8, 2023 Lust For Life Ultraviolence Lemonade 808s And Heartbreak And I still can't say that I like NFR all that much but some of its songs have grown on me quite a bit. The title track, MAC, FIILY and The Greatest sound better every day. Although VB's outro stays irredeemable.
Blue Monday Posted March 8, 2023 Posted March 8, 2023 (edited) I HATED Born To Die when I first heard it, and only came around after she dropped UV. I was pretty underwhelmed with Solar Power initially as well, but found myself coming back to it because of a few songs I had saved initially and found my way to coming to appreciate everything else after some time had passed Edited March 8, 2023 by Blue Monday
Holy Ground Posted March 8, 2023 Posted March 8, 2023 how I'm feeling now by Charli XCX. I LOVED 'forever' as the pre-release single but then the album came and I was disappointed asf, 2 listens and I just didn't wanna listen again. Then in 2021 'detonate' appeared on one of my Daily Mix's and I absolutely loved it despite not giving it a second thought in 2020. I revisited the rest of the album and now it's my 5th most played album ever
brenda-walsh Posted March 8, 2023 Posted March 8, 2023 Honey by Robyn i thought it was a snoozefest at first and that the gays overrated her to hell. after a few listens i realized the genius that is robyn and now its one of my favorite albums ever
Starkboy Posted March 8, 2023 Posted March 8, 2023 Born To Die. The way I was snubbing it and then it became one of my most played albums ever when Ultraviolence was released

Hooligan Posted March 8, 2023 Posted March 8, 2023 Renaissance, SOS, and Gloria are all albums I quickly skimmed through when they were released and really did not like them at all. Once I put them on and just let them play, they all hit.
