That's what FBI informants get paid for, manufacturing crimes so the FBI pads their arrest statistics. One has to wonder how much less political violence there would be if the FBI didn't have these informant programs.

Until local culture around accountability changes, starting with Qualified Immunity within the Fraternal Orders, I have zero faith going up to the FBI.

At first I thought they were saying that he discovered that crimes were being encouraged while part of the group but then I realized that it was HIM who was encouraging the crimes. What a MESS.
