And of course...NO ONE is in here talking about this, but when the news is negative, they swarm the thread like flies on sh*t. Pathetic.

Would be #1 without 148 songs above it :clap3:

Your math is bad. It's top 150, which means you're negating 25% of the chart when you say that. And it moved up, not down...that was the point. It's a random release plus an urban song (not pop-rap) from a female rapper 15 years into her career. It's not great but it's not horrible either. If any of the other girls had released something this deep into their career, it wouldn't even have charted to begin with. She's doing fine.

barely top 150 after 4 days.... yeah that isn't a flex

it moved up but barely - a new song from a huge name shouldn't be that low in its first week to begin with

how is "urban" going to be the excuse when there are plenty of older urban/hip hop singles above it...?

it's a pretty rough bomb but honestly it's not a good song, she's released plenty of better ones that fared better at this point

My point is she's a female rapper 15 years into her career. Of course she's not going to match the songs from newer artists. This song was still her 2nd highest solo debut (behind SFG). Both Megatron and Yikes debuted lower. She's not going to have huge numbers because she's not going to be consistently putting out hits with the GP. The newer girls are more popular now, and that's how these things work. By female rap standards, her career should have ended years ago, but she's still successful.

It's a great song but obviously it's not going to do SFG numbers. The critical acclaim speaks for the song though, everyone is impressed with the queens lyrical talents :gaycat5:

This is the only thing that matters with this release. She knew the lyrics to SFG were trash so she wanted to come back swinging, and the rap community is impressed :clap3:

Besides the charts, it's a good song. But saying it's a "success" with these current numbers and positions is COPING..it's a BOMB whether it's from a new or a veteran artist. :skull:

However, it can still pull a sleeper hit since it's slowly rising so also don't count it out y'all :michael:

:deadbanana2: it pulling 1.1M WORLDWIDE 3-4 days after release is bottom of the barrel for someone of her (self-proclaimed) stature

I don't like Nicki lol but you are right... for what it is and at this point in her career, it's not that bad. Plus with Morgan's album bomb it is still expected to debut in the Top 40 of Billboard. My only complaint is her rollouts are always so messy, she coulda released SFG as lead and this as a urban radio follow-up then the album, that would have been solid.
