The fact that you are consistently framing yourself as an “intellectual” and all others who are rightfully calling your ~revised OP~ absolute nonsense to be “NON-intellectuals” :dies:

Where's the nonsensical part of the revised OP?

Do ANY of y'all read the f**king OPs when you fix your crusty fingers to type some slick s*** on threads? I guess in walks another NON-intellectual :toofunny2::juanny:

Seriously, no.

I understand your position but the point of conservative beliefs is that they aren't based on realism. The whole purpose is outliers and contradictory depiction to fuel panic and fear. Conservatives don't have any values, just things they use to manipulate others into supporting their hate rhetoric which is ALWAYS the point.

For forever, creative people(namely artists and fashion designers/models) have been deemed gay, feminine and have been a pariah in a society ruled by the class that believes a sky daddy is looking down at them and wants them to wear pants if they have a ***** and dresses if they have a ***. This belief has changed to suit the whims of this class through the ages but the message has always been that men are superior and women are lesser, thus the masculine and the feminine must be separated for the pleasure of god's will.

Hollywood, since it's inception has been believed to be demonic, gay and evil from this very same group of people and thus everything done there is going to be construed as bad and purposefully done to "corrupt" society. The west has and will continue to have this "aGeNdA!" as long as religion is allowed to control society through rhetoric and parenting. The only viable way to combat these beliefs is to teach children about gender in school(oddly enough they oppose this, I wonder why?) and by depictions of gender bending in the media. It is an agenda but that doesn't mean the agenda is bad.

There's no demonstrable harm done(as you rightly say you believe) and we shouldn't falter because bigots(and they are bigots, no matter how well meaning they may seem or how nice they say it) use it as a rallying call. We protect gender nonconforming depictions because they help the millions of people across the spectrum of human life, not because we don't partake and thus no one else should or get to see.

Yes, there is an agenda. Yes, conservatives are right to be scared. Yes, we will win, like we aways have. Society is changed overtime and pushback is a good thing, it means they feel threatened.

I 100% TOTALLY agree with you on the fact that conservatives don't tend to base their ideologies, and thought processes, on concrete facts & 100% reality, but that doesn't take away from the fact that, whether one believes it or not, Hollywood has been (and there's way too much smoke out there, even amongst left-leaning folks) for the longest time, engaging in ritualistic activity & some, but not all, of these rituals involve crossdressing, as a way to invoke androgynous spirits. Even our much-beloved and followed MPGs are said to have been coaxed into ritualistic activity, by just regular straight sex sometimes even, as a part of their whole deal.

I understand that, for millenia, men exploring their femininity has been determined as evil, but I feel like the rollout of men wearing dresses and what not, in this day and age, is too...militant if that's the right word (well as from like 2021 ish going forth, it's felt that way). It's like Hollywood thinks that in order to combat the new wave of conservatism, fascism and backlash of queer identity and expression, they need to get every current A-list male actor in a dress PRONTO as a statement to stick it to the evil far-rights. And that's just what I think is the problem lies here. They've done this before, especially to almost every A-list black male celeb, going as far back and it hasn't made homophobia/transphobia in the any better in the black community.

I HATE HATE HATE that it feels like we have to conduct our affairs around these fragile egomaniac manchilds of society and their mammies (or female enablers) but unfortunately that might be the best way to navigate all this upheaval over gender identity. I just don't feel it's right to give these ill-informed people any more of a reason to think that men getting in touch with their feminine side, is an agenda to strip men of their manhood so they can be easily controlled by the powers that be. Granted, there will always be deluded folk that think that it's an agenda, but being militant with the men wearing dresses rollout would further solidify their conviction (and there are a SCARY amount of people out there with these convictions.

Like for the next couple of years, and I'd say a decade or two, I would actually like to see straight male entertainers who DON'T, and I repeat DON'T, dress or are queer to NOT touch any feminine, even gay roles in film and TV and just leave all of that to a few, high-profile, queer men who actually live, breathe and sleep feminine expression. THEN when we are where we want to be on society when it comes to gender expression, straight men wearing female clothing wouldn't be seen as "Oh, well look who else decided to sell their soul to the evil libtard machine!" as many people unfortunately see it.

Hollywood literally does not care about the right. Like probably half of the people who actually run production companies and own the rights to stuff are republican, lol. They're unconcerned about culture wars and definitely do not care about practices of designers or models in the industry.

What I want from Hollywood isn't them to stop providing the right with material, what I want is the many sex pests they protect behind bars and the rampant homophobia exposed and gone. The sexism can go too, actresses have been silenced and gaslit every time they even try to build a campaign for actual change. The sexual abuse that has been exposed here and there are just the tips of the icebergs, dresses and androgynous religious inclination means nothing to me. I support satanism, as an atheist can anyway.

Conservatives will vilify anything, their whole last resort is to reinvoke the satanic panic of old, which will fail as people like god but not religion more and more. People aren't as dumb as they appear.
