Speak Now must be, Debut is almost definitely not. It’s Lover (Live in Paris)

She ties Whitney for the most as a female artist and is tied for third place overall :clap3:

Is debut charting? Did TDOMG go viral or something?

Another day, another Taylor record.

At this point it's more newsworthy when she passes a day without breaking a record.

I can see her occupying the entire Top 10 after all TV are done and she does the HTS :rip:

Lover live vinyls shipped a few days after valentines day and made it debut at #58.

They made 13k that sold out in like 15 minutes.

Plus the 9 albums she usually charts

Debut is very far from charting. Stolen Red and Fearless are closer even

Doing only 13k for a Taylor release is brutal :deadbanana: The price I had to pay for a copy on resale.... She should've done at least 50k.

This breaks the record for a living solo artist (she already has the sole record for that with 9 many times over). Depending on how you count the Beatles when they achieved more in 2014 (since some of their members had passed away and they had been broken up for decades), this could be considered the record for a living act of any kind and for a still-active artist. Long story short, this kind of dominance on the Billboard 200 is unprecedented. Among all acts, living and posthumous, this now ranks her third after Prince when he passed and the Beatles in 2014, tied with Whitney. I can't actually find what happened with the Beatles in 2014 - maybe it was stuff charting for their 50th anniversary?

Amazing. Imagine whenever she does the half time show. I hope she only does it when she needs a career boost a decade from now or whatever. So far she easily has a guaranteed 5 years of proper commercial success.
