krustysalt Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 Best producer multi grammy winner Jack Antonoff caught recycling sounds again. This is not the first time. Should he be more creative or did he run out of sounds he could possibly produced?
RideOrDie Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 he has a sound what's wrong with that, that's how you build a brand a lot of artists recycle lyrics/melodies
Ice Cream Skies Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 (edited) Beats share the same rhythm w/ other beats Riveting info Edited February 16, 2023 by Ice Cream Skies
Navyofbadgals Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 Eh.. he’s recycled more blatantly before

Slayn Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 These are the just the same beat, which millions of songs share They aren’t even the same sound
enchanted0 Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 He does recycle but that tweet the sounds are totally different
Julia Fox Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 the way jack anthonoff only works with girls with underwhelming and annoying fandoms is a case to study… every artist and producer has done this so I don’t know why just point out with jack only like… but anyway
Beyonnaise Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 For all the flak he gets, Jack is actually a very versatile producer. Listen to Clairo's Amoeba, Lana's Cinnamon Girl, Lorde's Sober, The Chicks' Gaslighter, The 1975's Part of the Band and Taylor's August. Most people hearing them would assume that those are six different producers. I think what we're maybe hearing is just the natural result of producing so much music over the past few years, naturally some sounds will be familiar territory at times.
Trent W Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 (edited) The tweet shows the exact opposite. Millions of songs have that beat. He actually made it sound different in each track. A lot of songs share the same beat style that’s completely normal Edited February 16, 2023 by Trent W
ScorpiosGroove Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 4 songs by the same producer use a beat and some bass… groundbreaking thank you for sharing this information with us
Foreigner Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 It’s the same type of beat. What do you expect? He just changed kicks, snares, claps and stuff.
conquxror Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 i don’t think he recycled the sound itself lol but he definitely recycled the structure of the song from hard feeling/ loveless but it sounds good like who cares??
Komet Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 None of these are the same sound. Similar yes, but same - no.

Sounding good does not make recycling better. Pop girls deserve better producer. Jack is good but these constant recyclings are showing that he already reached his peak as a producer
Blue. Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 This is a from pattern and it is not even the same one across the songs? Y’all know too little about music for someone that spends hours on a music forum.
