10B from spotify, 9b from apple music, 9b from youtube (including unofficial uploads which do actually count as sales)

 

so thats around 30b already

 

the rest come from pandora (5b i think - pandora numbers are usually very sketchy), korean streaming services, soundcloud, tidal etc.

it's not inflated. its how ww sales work.

 

in 2015 ALONE Love Me Like You Do sold 13 million copies worldwide according to IFPI. It was the best selling female song of 2015 (2nd/3rd best overall)

This is why nobody should rely on numbers from stans, and also shows the flaws of methods of counting streams (like CSPC). Ellie Goulding has not “sold” 240 million records
