Ok now I’m getting excited again, this means she’s in the final stages of a new song orrrrrr album. :duca: She looks gorggggg

I really hope that it's the album. She already teased her next single with a producer already the other day.

At least she seems to be enjoying making music again... Also its a good sign Dave Clauss is there working alongside them. Hes usually the LAST person to touch her music before it goes out....

It was actually… I felt like it was better than the English one where SZA was honored now that one was a total snooze fest. Only good thing was Lana.

but the Latin one was cute, I meant actual red carpet carpet mingling with other artists she hasn’t done that type of award show appearance since los 40 in Spain if I’m not mistaking and in the U.S. the billboards no?

I kinda miss when she released a single in both languages, last time she did that was Dare and CRTFY

EDIT: she better only do that again if she adds them as bonus tracks only and not take up space on the regular tracklist tho like on She Wolf :rip:

Shakira is literally one of two artists from her era (the other being Beyoncé and even that's a stretch calling them peers) to be holding on and putting up any kind of remotely competitive numbers in the 2020s and it's crazy that it's her own fans that want her to fail... you guys are nuts. If Mariah had a song anywhere in the top 200 with new music I'd be going out of my mind and trying to support her. Any one of these songs could be her last to resonate.

This isnt even as bad as yall making it seem either, sure the sound might be a bit tired/generic and she can do better but it's perfectly serviceable/catchy imo the video is nice too and they clearly put some effort into it (and overall it's certainly much better than Don't Wait Up and the BEP collabs - her most recent english releases so I don't get why some are so desperate for more english material :skull:)

They did a little revamp on the song and changed it on Spotify. Production sounds a bit slicker and fresher, beats are enhanced and there are some new ad libs.

OMG i kinda noticed did yesterday on Amazon Music, i was playing in my room on my good speakers, and I thought, wow the beat sounds REALLY good up loud... but i didnt think much of it.  Now i just played it on my regular Echo Dot and yeah they definetly spruced up the production. Its kind of a banger!

Not her getting smash after smash but now that she works with Turizo, who is :smitten:, she flops. :biblio:

The new version sounds much better! :clap3:I’m glad that Shakira went back and made some adjustments. The GP said “No” to El Dorado quality music and hopefully she got the hint.

absolutely not. include all of her droplets starting from clandestino onwards to get those certifications plaque once the album drops. i just hope to get a 16 track album or at least the rumored double album. one this year and then another one next year. she has more than enough material for sure.

this is why i prefer she not do that anymore to make room for original and new songs

stop being ungrateful. she is in her 4th decade of doing this as a career. in an era that she started dropping singles since summer 2018 and has been getting multiple hits back to back. so what if one underperforms? be realistic and adjust your expectations. be happy that she's still securing hits and is inspired. y'all are so ******* weird. i would think with you stanning demi that you'd be more understanding but i guess not.

I'm joking :weeps: I'm low-key mad (in a funny way) that she's underperforming with this now that she's working with someone I find so hot :lmao:

She's on her like 10th single with no promo. What were you expecting yet another smash?
