Not sure whether she had that choice or not. Her only chance at this point is something going viral on TikTok.

the reliance we have on that damn app for the music industry is so insulting lol

this desperately needs a remix with another voice other than Rita's to truly make it pop. Use those FIRO networking skills and secure a cute feature that could make this a legitimate hit

she definitely needs to do more collaborations and features for sure just to keep her name out there

The GP said no to this (and to the era so far). Eurovision + radio push ww and not even 300k daily streams? It's the first time one of her singles underperform like this since ORA days.

BMG should move on asap to any song that has some TikTok potential bc the generic capital fm radio bops she's serving it's not working, otherwise You & I era will do worse than Mabel latest album and lord knows when/if we're getting new Rita music.

why was mabel dragged into this when that was a whole different situation so it can't be compared Dx rita needs to book slots and stages and go on tour asap for the love of god

I actually think

Kinda agree. She should jump on early00s R&B (FLO - Fly Girl) as it's starting to regain mainstream popularity in UK

This remix remind me of the sound in her first album - RIP f. Tinie Tempah

she can explore urban on album tracks but everyone for the most part has always wanted and been on board for her pop stuff. she just needs to be consistent with both of her output and the quality and she'll be fine

From what I heard, maybe the only track that can have that potential can be Waiting For You or Girl In The Mirror

hopefully we get 4 singles and videos but more importantly a tour

according to insiders its a more personable but still serviceable pop album

This song BOMBED into oblivion, even after performing at the Eurovision finals?

This country decided to abandon early 10s British pop girls omg

Posted

the way this bombed is heartbreaking. at this point she/they'll probably give up releasing and investing in singles altogether. :monkey: (maybe 1 more and that's it...)

So this never took off

we're suppose to be getting 2 singles. she really needs a more high profile feature and collaboration. times like this is when she needs to hop on dj songs to keep her name float and voice on the radio

that ship has been sailed. she's made it very clear that she wasn't in it for the art especially when her last comeback single tanked and that's all it took for her to be discouraged
