Legendary Top 6 :clap3:

EVERYONE is legendary in the Top 10, honey :fan:

dont be afraid to admit it :eli:

ot: Chartmasters has some shady moments in their formula and stats

but the rank is somewhat there

also, the fact that some of these haven't been updated (the top5 especially)

Ariana has the most potential of climbing fast in the rank

their Formula overrates streaming, and hers is Really good - so she deffo will a lot of the ones in 20m range (especially the ones that had a big slowing down of a career (which is most if not all of em))

Taylor 60M away from second place. And we know she is able to get 15M years.

Stevie Nicks: over 100 million (solo + Fleetwood Mac)

Beyoncé and Taylor will be invading the legends territory any year now. Also they’ll probably both top Madonna and Celine in touring very soon.

Beyonce + Destiny's Child 143,000,000

Any Questions?

Taylor should climb above Barbra, and maybe even Whitney, by the end of 2023. :clap3:

I'd argue that anyone in the top 10 is already a legend.

How is this accurate when above Madonna's entry there is no *** Nicole Scherzinger + PCD    1,000,000,000   ???

When will atrl stop referencing this fan fiction formula and website

The way Taylor is coming to clear everyone except Madonna by 2025, at this rate :deadbanana:

+23M in 2022 and will do about the same or more in 2023. She’ll be #4 by this year’s end :rip:

apparently she crossed 50M since the beginning of the decade :dies:

how does Rihanna have 100M when she only has one #1 album?  Or is this using arbitrary unit measures, like free streams and youtube views to count as legitimate sales of an album?

Carrie Underwood seems badly undercertified on that site.. how does she only have 30M? :rip:

I don't agree with this because I feel like if we looked up top 10 best-selling women of like the 60's we probably wouldn't agree that every woman there is legendary. Plus the Top 10 is going to fluctuate a lot imo.

BLACKPINK at over 26,000,000

We love to see it

Isn’t BB’s formula merely arbitrary as well though

Good luck

She gains about 63-65k streaming units alone every day according to their formula. Considering her massive tour boost coming up plus any new releases, it's not unreasonable to expect her to maintain that for the rest of the year (which in and of itself is 20M). Her albums each still do decent pure figures, not even mentioning that there is probably at least one re-release coming this year. If anything 23M is pretty conservative. She's already gained over 2M this year so far without doing anything but release a flop music video.

To be fair their formula is 1,500 streams=1 sale and Billboard's formula is 1,250 streams=1 sale (except free streams which are 3,750=1 sale), so there should be no big difference in their estimations.

I agree with the part that older acts here are underestimated because their pure sales have not been updated, but I don't think most of them have moved crazy numbers in the last years, unless some reissues have been released. It can't be more than 5M more I'd say.
