I’m rather curious about the tracklist. I’m expecting to see Coming Home Pt. 2, Everything I Need (a minor hit for her), Words. Perhaps we’ll finally get new recordings of Walk On Water & Glorious solo version that she talked about years ago. I would love to see a new version of Room For Happiness too personally.

She's doing what Taylor, JoJo and other artists have done so she can have the rights of her own songs. I think is very valid to re-release and re-record this song now.

I admire what she's trying to do now. 

Do you know if she also sold the rights for her Holly Brook songs?

I'm very curious too.
I wonder if she's just re-recording the songs that she released under Skylar Grey or if she's also re-recording songs that she never released her versions but were recorded by other artists. It would be nice to have her own version of Zedd and Foxes' Clarity.

i hate the extra adlibs she added to the choruses

original version had so much rawness and it was what made it special

i'll still be supporting her and i'm curious to see what other songs she rerecorded

i think gangsta and clarity are obvious choices, i wonder if we'll finally hear her versions of glorious and walk on water

She has zero excuses, I don't think she's under (a very old) contact that forbids her to re-record her own songs and release them later. 

 

She is just lazy af and she wants to release her music under her own terms. (own terms = using MPG budget, she's delusional).
