99sandthe2000s Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 that seems quite low for the pop songstress I didn't realize H&H debuted outside the top 20. Title Details Peak chart positions Certifications US [2] AUS [3] AUT [4] FRA [5] GER [6] NLD [7] NOR [8] SWE [9] SWI [10] UK [11] Heaven & Hell Release date: September 18, 2020 Label: Atlantic Format: CD, LP, cassette, digital download, streaming 27 7 6 14 7 6 2 7 5 2 RIAA: Platinum[12] BPI: Gold[13] IFPI AUT: Gold[14] IFPI NOR: 7× Platinum[15] SNEP: Platinum[16] Diamonds & Dancefloors Release date: January 27, 2023 Label: Atlantic Format: CD, LP, cassette, digital download, streaming 3 4 31 [17] — 15 [18] 8 21 28 [19] —[A] 8 11
schnetzka Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 As long as her label doesn't drop her then her chart positions don't really matter. I loved the album and look forward to more from her.
J-esper Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 She basically had no big hit, basically let the era linger after the pushback and l-word. Most focus went to different editions rather than singles and album promo. Also she is one of those acts who potentially could release 6 succesful singles in Europe/UK and possibly Canada, Australia and New Zealand. But the campagnes for these acts is always neglected in favor for the slight chance of US succes
ChrisTheLoner Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 Was expecting it to be outside the top 50 tbh Not as bad considering its only 7 positions below her debut
cockatoo Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 Tbh that's not that bad. Albanian sophomore albums: Dua Lipa: 3 Ava Max: 34 Rita Ora: 79 Bebe Rexha: 140
ithinkheknowsoutsold Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 Not that bad honestly, considering her debut debuted only 7 spots higher and that with Sweet But Psycho leading it and Kings & Queens smashing when it came out.
CovalentBondage Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 Cold as Ice is the only good track that came with the release. What a shame.
wish Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 Ava needs to give up on American success for now and focus on international markets as her music makes much more sense on their charts.
dumbsparce Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 I expected a Bebe Rexha disaster so this is good for her.

PoisonPill Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 This is fine since she's really a Euro act and isn't really designed for huge success Stateside.
