chromatico Posted February 5, 2023 Posted February 5, 2023 Yeah it's far too gone. I've been living here for the past 8 years but moving away very soon. I'll still be spending time here as I like certain things that are just not available in my home country (LGBTQ+ presence, all the pop girlies coming to the UK when touring, the ability to buy pretty much everything online) but it's time for a change. Only so much one can put up with increasing rent, cost of living and shitty weather pretty much 80% of the year.
ChrisTheLoner Posted February 5, 2023 Posted February 5, 2023 Every country is on a decline with the terrible state of the economy and inflation, UK ain’t special on that regard
Orsay Posted February 5, 2023 Posted February 5, 2023 that’s what happens when you don’t stream GaGa enough
A.R.L Posted February 5, 2023 Posted February 5, 2023 (edited) That's why I see a lot of brits in spain and france and I don't blame them, they can get what they had back home like infrastructure and lifestyle but with a much more affordable life and better weather especially in spain, look that's what happens when it breaks it ...it's been proven throughout history that success only comes with unions.. Hopefully, they'll get it together before it's too late Edited February 5, 2023 by A.R.L
modeblock Posted February 5, 2023 Posted February 5, 2023 They thought they ate with that Brexit thing, but instead its turned into their demise (anyone with half a brain cell could have predicted it) - poor IT. we LOVE karma!
fountain Posted February 5, 2023 Posted February 5, 2023 It’s a drastic decline but I wouldn’t say irreversible. It probably will take a long time to recover from, but it’s possible. The main issue in preventing that is the fact that we are stuck in a cycle with the tories.
