She did everything to stay relevant including working with professionals and perfecting her visuals to a high standard. Pretty much every young celebrity is trying to branch out of that industry that initially made them famous. No longer such a thing as being just a musician, just an actress, even though ATRL really clings to that lens of stardom. There are celebrities who are successful in different arenas, but Gaga stands out by the acclaim and respect she gets from basically everyone in both music and film.
