yeah that arc is massive even in the Pace version, good luck

I never watched a single episode of the anime, but the live action was amazing, great cast, makeup, special effects, story  now I have hope for The Last Airbender live action. 

The actor who plays Sanji omg he's so hot and dedicated, I saw on Instagram he even learned to cook... that's a man  tbh I find the 5 attractive

Finally finished it. For a live action it was surprisingly watchable. I still much prefer the anime though. It's understandable since they're trying to squeeze so much into 8 episodes, but they cut out so many important or iconic moments such as

 

Spoiler

Zoro & Arlong scene, "the walk" to Arlong Park, Luffy withstanding a bite from Arlong to hold him in place for the stomp, Shanks drinking with Mihawk, etc

And I guess it's much easier to evoke emotions through animation than with real actors. Bellemere's death made me weak in the anime, but not really in the live action. Same with Usopp's scene w/ his mom.

finished everything through the wano arc. I guess i'll pick it back up when the next arc ends.

 

while important, I didn't love the arc. 

maybe because I preferred Whole Cake Island which gave growth and really emotional backstory for Sanji. Also liked how Luffy showed how much he loves Sanji.

I did like it better than Dressrosa, partially b/c I found the living toys annoying. But Lucy's participation in the tournament was kinda nice, akin to more typical manga.

When do we think they will end it? My guess is when Robin joined the crew after Alabasta (They need 5 seasons to film Skypia itself so my guess is they wont include it yet )

The lack of casting call for characters we meet in Alabasta makes me fear that they will end S2 with Drum Island.

And THEN the whole season 3 is Alabasta + Jaya + the beginning of Skypiea.

 

I hope I'm wrong and the Alabasta roles are just kept secret.
