UNNAMI Posted February 3, 2023 Posted February 3, 2023 if Free Yourself is sneak peak of the sounds than I am very excited
ThehushSound Posted February 3, 2023 Posted February 3, 2023 At this point I’m going to assume if you sign up we’ll get an email announcing album/single on Monday maybe a snippet on insta&tiktok on Monday afternoon. Then the single and a preorder for the album on Friday.

ahauntingnearu Posted February 4, 2023 Posted February 4, 2023 People shouldn't go in comparing TFG to WYP in terms of sound, quality level, etc. It's its own project altogether, even if it's a sister album

I will definitely appreciate the album on its own, but just wanted some teasing about the album’s sound before its release, and the closest basis of comparison we have is WYP (also i know it is difficult to top the best pop album of the 2020s )

But yea like she says herself, she's not trying to rehash wyp at all; TFG is very much its own entity in sound/vibe/theme

Are we in for some bops? Well, to be completely honest - this was the first Jessie project I listened to in full, so I can't really compare. I'm really impressed by the layers and instrumentation here though, so I will definitely listen to her whole discography next This album is a classy ball, it's luxurious, it's rich, it's expensive... Pearls is a fantastic single choice as well

They go no where, except like Running (a masterpiece still)

Glasshouse is just stunning Stay Awake, Wait for Me, First Time and Finish What We Started literally made me float away 5 minutes ago, Scandalous said: how have u not listened to WYP as a Dua stan? It slipped under my radar somehow I've always wanted to listen to it but there were so many releases in the meantime that I couldn't find time for it I guess. I listened to It today though and I loved Save a Kiss, Adore You, In Your Eyes, Read My Lips, Mirage, The Kill, Please, Impossible, and 0208.
