Well before the end of 2014 this was just the BB200.

So Frozen soundtrack was the last to get 13 weeks at #1. Titanic soundtrack the last to get 13 consecutive weeks at #1 (16).

Midnights is the first to get 13 consecutive weeks to start its run.

 

Since the BB200 is sps, most week at #1 on the top album sales:

 

Midnights 13

25 11

A Star Is Born 10

Well to stop it at 13 weeks someone would have already had to have released by now and I dont think anyone has....
