I was supposed to get botox before Costa Rica but canceled it because of Madonna tix so you can count me in that statistic for 2023!

I haven't gone to the doctor in years. I have insurance, but my co-pay is too high. If I need urgent care I make the trip to Tijuana where it's much cheaper.
