Joe, your performance this season has been beyond anything I could have expected. You’ve shown yourself to be a talented writer from the very beginning all the way back in season 1, but you truly reached new heights this season. You absolutely dominated this season, never once ranking below #5 in the rounds, and that is a testament to how much of an amazing writer you are. Your songs this season have been like pure poetry and your way with words has been stunning to see. There really isn’t enough praise to offer, and your success speaks for itself! I hope you are proud of what you’ve achieved. You’re walking away with the most #1’s this season and some of the most highest scoring songs. Thank you so much for being a part of this season. It is completely our pleasure whenever we get to read any of your writing, and I hope we get to see more in the future… as well as hearing it, too! You’re an artist and I’m here to continue to see your creations. Congrats on #2 this season!

#2. JoeAg

“We did it. We did it, Joe. You’re gonna be the next winner of Golden Hit!” *insert Kamala Harris laughing here* You have no idea how badly I wanted to say this, but I mean, it could still be true! There’s always Golden Hit 4… Firstly, congratulations on such an amazing result for this season. January really was Joeuary, huh? The way you had us in a CHOKEHOLD during the early season, with your back to back #1 smashes “As the Gradient of the Sun Brings Us Closer to Epiphany”, and my personal favorite, “Where I Wish I Was Among the Owls”. This duo of chart-toppers also helped you tie Jackson’s record for most consecutive #1 hits in the Golden Hit era (3), factoring in your finale entry from Golden Hit’s second season, “Eleventh Hour”. I personally think you stayed very consistent throughout this season, and you should be so proud of your overall Golden Hit growth. You soared from a #15 ranking in GH’s inaugural season with a 6.5 average into the top five of last season with an impressive 8.2, only to beat yourself yet again by nearly taking the title with your almost 8.8 finish. Should you keep on this trajectory, we may be in for the first 9+ average Golden Hit winner yet! Perhaps you will be able to turn June and/or July into Joene and Joely? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. Thank you for your art! 🥈

AHHHH! Congratulations to the winner of Golden Hit: Season 3! TG, this is so deserved. Watching your growth from season 1 to now has just been incredible… even the growth that you have shown this season, too. This is the first season where you didn’t miss a round, even despite struggles during the game and times when I’m sure it would’ve been easy to just skip a round, it’s clear in your submissions how much you dedicated yourself to this season and pushed through everything to focus on the writing. And, well, it paid off because look at us now! Your catalogue this season has simply been amazing, if not evident from the fact that you are our winner, that you scored a perfect 10 with “The Calling”, or from our praise and feedback each round… should be clear from the fact that you are actually the writer to receive the highest season end average to date! I hope you’re proud of this incredible feat and of what you’ve created and achieved this season. It’s been a joy to be able to read your writing and offer our thoughts, and I’m so glad and thankful you were a part of this season. You’ve done brilliant, congratulations winner!!

#1. TruGemini

CONGRATULATIONS ON BECOMING THE CURRENT WINNER OF GOLDEN HIT! You now rank among ATRL writing legends such as 8thPrince, Jackson, and Hug, and are the first purely Golden Hit-era winner of this tournament (having no previous experience in another ATRL writing tournament). In fact, you have actually won with the highest season average Golden Hit has ever seen: an astounding 8.982! Your journey this season has been somewhat of a David and Goliath situation, as for a good portion of this season it felt like you were in Joe’s shadow a little bit, being his runner up in both of the early rounds, and even ranking a few places lower during the midseason. Instead of conceding defeat however, you brought your absolute A-game to the Judge’s Choice challenge (which at this point we may as well rename the TruGemini challenge in your honor as you’ve absolutely owned it both seasons it has appeared in!), which more or less turned the tide in your favor for the first time in this tournament, and you secured the win with another impressive entry in the finale. Looking back at your previous season performances, ranking #13 and #11 respectively with a 6.5 average in both seasons and one missed round each, commitment and determination were all that was holding you back, and this season you really pushed through any obstacles that may have been in your way to not only finish in the top ten for the first time, but take the whole thing out. This really was “The Calling” for you… so congrats! 🥇

The fact that my [redacted that I talked about on NNNAL] made me miss my winning moment :deadbanana4:

OMG :jonnycat:

This is such a suprise to me, I thought I'd be like third or fourth. I truly want to thank Golden Hit in general as a concept. I have been very...spotty with keeping up my song writing since the pandemic, and since this competition has started, it's really kicked me back into gear. It also really forced me to think about my writing more complex, I've definitely evolved as a writer, throughout these three seasons and I'm more than thankful for that.

Also, I want to truly thank and PRAISE the judges. I genuinely have so much love each and every one of you, you have been such motivational forces for me. I love criticism, mostly because it forces me to think of my content from a different perspective. I've gained so much knowledge of not just my own writing style, but about what writing means fundamentally, and it's really helped in changing my perspective of what I do.

I'd also like to bow down to all of my fellow writers on this season (and the last two), you've all been not only supportive, but seeing the way we each take this challenges and shape them into our own way is so interesting. I was very serious about this being an amazing group of talent this season, we all did that :clap3:

Shout out to all us for Golden Hit having another hit season, and I can't wait to write more next season :ihype:

This is such a sweet message and really warmed my heart :cries: like I touched on in my post for you, it's been amazing to see your writing and how it's developed from Season 1 until now, and I'm so glad we could play any small role in it through this game. I'm glad the challenges could offer motivation and inspiration, like you said it's amazing to see how each writer applies themselves to the themes, and you especially did a fantastic job of that throughout this season. Very proud of what you achieved and I hope you are too  :heart2: congratulations!!

I won't even lie, we thought it was a race between Joe and you for the longest time, and then Invi came out of nowhere and was a fierce contender for the crown this season... check out their average and how close it ended up being to Joe's! Honestly though, no matter who would have won out of you three I'd have been ecstatic at the result because you've all had three very different seasons and have all impressed us so much in your own way.

What I think got you over the line was your tenacity and spirit, and how you pushed through the challenges you were faced with—not just the ones we judges assigned you, but the ones in your personal life, too. It showed in your lyrics, in your art, and it shows in your winner's ribbon!

Thank you for the kind words, we are only able to do what we do because of writers like you who put your heart and soul and trust in us. :heart2:
